This elixir is made up of a special blend of essential oils designed to calm and alleviate any stress, anxiety, or depression.  The blend is mixed with a carrier oil already so there is no need for that extra step when applying.  Simply put a few drops on your wrists, temples, behind the ears, inhale from bottle etc.  DO NOT INGEST!
